I am excited to join the Burleigh Manor Middle School community. This is my 28th year working with middle school students. I taught 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Math and Engineering in Howard County, Montgomery County, and in Kentucky. My degrees are in Middle School Education, Technology in Education, Administration and Supervision, and Educational Leadership. I have high expectations for our students at BMMS, and look forward to working with all students and families to make sure our children excel in their learning!

I am proud to have grown up in Howard County, and now I have the privilege of raising my family here. After graduating from Howard High School, I received my undergraduate degree in elementary education from Salisbury University, then went on to earn my masters degree in Administration and Supervision from Loyola College in Maryland. For more than 20 years, I have served HCPSS as a math teacher and math instructional support teacher, as well as an assistant principal. It is an absolute privilege to serve the Burleigh Manor students, families, and staff.
