Special Notes:

• Parent Night will not be held at the middle school level during High School Registration for the 2018-2019 school year.  It is strongly recommended that all Grade 8 parents attend the scheduled Parent Night at your child's prospective high school.
• 12/10-12/13 – Counselor visit 8th Grade classes to explain graduation requirements and the high school registration process.
• 12/20 – All 8th Grade Students will receive High School Registration Materials.
• 12/17 – 12/19 – Current 8th grade teachers will make course recommendations for next year.
• 01/07 – Students receive and take home Course Registration Form/Course Placement Review Form with teacher recommendations.
• 01/07– 01/11 – Current 8th grade students will enter remaining course requests including alternates, in Synergy.

All High School Registration materials are very important and necessary to the course registration process.  Please read and discuss with your child.

Options to Alleviate Overcrowding

If your student is districted for Centennial or Howard High School and is interested in PLTW reassignment, contact Mrs. Lucas-Zacharias (Mrs. Z) to complete the online 2019-2020 school year interest form. *HCPSS student login required*
